Each purchase grants access to a single translation language only. If you wish to obtain the same work in an additional language, it must be purchased separately.
You are strongly encouraged to download all purchased files immediately upon completing Your purchase. While files may be redownloaded at a later date using Your purchase link, We make no guarantees regarding the continued availability of the Services or that the specific version available at the time of Your purchase will remain accessible. Products may be updated over time to correct errata or incorporate other improvements, and earlier versions may no longer be available.
Access to downloads may be revoked if a purchase link or any downloaded file is found to have been shared with or distributed to third parties. Each downloaded file may contain a unique fingerprint tied to Your purchase.
If You wish to purchase multiple licenses — for example, for a classroom or an organization — please get in touch via Our contact form. Volume discounts may be available.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Every product in Our library includes a free downloadable sample in both PDF and EPUB formats. You are encouraged to download and review the sample in Your preferred reading application before making a purchase to ensure that the content and formatting meet Your expectations.
The original literary texts included in Our products are in the public domain and are not subject to copyright restrictions.
The interlinear translations, audio recordings, and all resulting downloadable files (including PDF, EPUB, and any other formats) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Our products use typefaces licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL): Libre Baskerville, Raleway, Noto Serif, and Noto Sans. These fonts may be subject to their own license terms. Please refer to the respective font licenses for details.
You may not extract, reproduce, or redistribute any copyrighted component of the purchased files — including, but not limited to, translations and audio — separately or as part of a derivative work, without the express written consent of the Company.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the Member State in which the Company is established. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of that Member State.
You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to You or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of Your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to this Terms of Service or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
No personal information with the exception of Your email address is ever shared with a third party. We need to impart the email address, but with no other identifying information, to our email service provider, so that we can reach You with communication related to Your purchases, and marketing messages if You have subscribed to the newsletter.
The website uses no cookies or tracking technologies, third party or otherwise, to collect personal information. The files You download may contain a unique fingerprint in order to match them with a specific purchase.
